Ouch...!

I rolled my ankle last night and tore some ligaments... The doc said it isn't broken (which is nice to know), but it sure hurts. So please pray it heals quickly, I've got to fly to belize on Friday morning.

Other than that, things are going alright - here is a picture of my rad puffy ankle.

Sorry to hear about your injury Miles. It certainly looks painful in the photo. I understand from personal running injuries that it's hard to wait for the joint or ligament to heal, but it's so worth it to be patient during recovery. Also, a small piece of medical advice to assist in reducing the swelling and pain (just in case your doctor did not share this clever acronym with you:)
Rest
Ice: 15-20 min. segments
Compression: ace wrap/support
Elevation: raise ankle above
heart level when resting
