Pfingstmontag
Today was another Holiday in Germany ~ the second day of celebration for Pentecost and we had a huge Barbecue at the church for all the volunteers and helpers. The weather was beautiful in Siegen today (which doesn't happen a whole lot ~ so it sure is nice when it does).
It really was a blessing to be there with all the body today, there were maybe 300-400 people and a WHOLE LOT OF MEAT!!! In fact I think I could say that Americans could learn a thing or two from this German Barbecue.
Anyway, it is pretty late ~ so I think I'm going to get to bed... but you know, again today the Lord reminded me of how good, caring, and awesome He is. He truly is involved in ever aspect of our lives and knows and cares for the things which concern us.

I am so glad you got to be with your German brothers and sisters today, out in the sunshine, eating, rejoicing, having fellowship and giving of thanks.. God is so good.... YUM.. did you learn a thing or two Miles?
