Shall He not make it good?

"God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: hath He said, and shall He not do it? or hath He spoken, and shall he not make it good?" - Numbers 23:19

It's good to be reminded of such passages sometimes. This morning as I read this verse the Lord is again so quietly and simply speaking to my heart...

~ miles, "There has failed not ought of any good thing which I have spoken unto you... all has come to pass."

And so very true it is. Even during the times when I am feeling or thinking that "all has come to loss." God is still on the throne, still in control and still desiring to do great things. Just this last week again the Lord spoke this to my heart as He showed me a little glimpse of things to come. Truly there is so much that God still wants to do.
